Elaboration:
Made from 100% raw sheep milk.
It is a young cheese with a smooth, thin and hard natural rind. It comes in a uniform cut with the occasional mechanical hole. It does not have any darkening towards the rind. It melts in the mouth with a note of hazelnut thanks to the purity of the milk used, with a light taste that is full of personality, leaving a long-lasting aftertaste on the palate.

Conservation and consumption
It is advisable to store the cheese in a cool place, between 4ºC and 8ºC, and consume it at room temperature.
Expiry date: 300 days from the date of packaging.
