Pago “Los Vivales” presents its new creation on the upcoming Salón de Gourmets

On the upcoming Salón de Gourmets (7-10 of May) Pago “Los Vivales”, will present in society its brand new creation. Its new Pata de Mulo Cheese.
This cheese is a traditional cheese from the Tierra del Pan region (Castilla y León), made using only un-pasteurized sheep milk. It’s particular name comes from the resemblance it has on the donkeys’ legs and its characteristical shape comes from rolling it on tables when made to take the water away from it.
With this cheese, one more time, Pago “Los Vivales” tries to bind the best of tradition and the best of technique to create its cheese. This fact, and the use of its own animals, makes its cheese so special an unique.
